Sajilomatics was founded in Kathmandu in 2025 on a simple irritation: watching brilliant businesses lose their best hours to work a machine should be doing.
In Nepali, sajilo means easy, effortless. It's what every client says after the system goes live — and it's the standard we hold every line of code to.
We started as a digital marketing consultant and a senior software engineer comparing notes on the same frustration from opposite sides: marketers drowning in manual campaign work, and businesses buying software that didn't fit them. The answer was obvious — build the automation and the software together, under one roof.
Today we're a five-person studio in Kathmandu shipping systems that run manpower agencies, restaurants, and marketing operations. Small by design: every client works directly with the people building their system.
We don't sell software. We sell the hours it gives back. Every proposal states exactly how many.
Kathmandu is not a discount label. It's where some of the hungriest engineering talent on earth lives. We intend to prove it.
You'll never be handed to an account manager who's never seen your code. The people you meet are the people who build.
One call. Bring your messiest process — we'll tell you exactly what we'd automate first, free.
